Omosigho Uyi Frank is a Nigerian politician and community advocate currently serving in the Edo State House of Assembly.
He represents Oredo East Federal Constituency, originating from Edo State.
Born in Edo State, he holds educational qualifications including an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic Offa and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from University of Benin (UNIBEN).
He was first elected to the Edo State House of Assembly in 2023 during the supplementary elections under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Despite his initial affiliation with PDP, he announced his defection to the All Progressive Congress on December 13, 2025.
