Maigawa Muhammad Bashir

Maigawa Muhammad Bashir is a Nigerian political candidate who ran for the governorship election in Borno State in 2023 under the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP). Born circa 1988, he secured a First School Leaving Certificate and a Senior Secondary School Certificate as his highest educational qualifications. His running mate in the election was Yakubu Ali Gora.

Despite participating in the 2023 governorship election, Bashir did not win the election. His campaign was aligned with the PRP, and his political focus remained within Borno State.
