Abdulkadir Umar is a male political candidate from Borno who ran for the governorship election in 2023 under the Action Peoples Party (APP). Born on January 1, 1988, he completed his SSCE, the foundational secondary school certificate examination. His campaign included Umar Salihu as his running mate during the contest.
Despite participating in the 2023 governorship race, Umar did not secure the victory in Borno.
