Ibraye Tonte is a male political candidate from Rivers State who ran for governorship in the 2023 election under the African Democratic Congress (ADC). His campaign included Dikeh Tonto Wigo Charity as his running mate. Born circa 1986, he holds a First School Leaving Certificate (SSCE/NECO) as his highest educational qualification.
Despite participating in the election, Ibraye Tonte did not secure the governorship position in Rivers State during the 2023 contest.
