Agwor Samuel Ndubuisi is a male political candidate from Rivers State who contested for governorship in the 2023 election under the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP). Born circa 1957, he held a First School Leaving Certificate (WASC) with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Surveying, as per his stated qualifications. His running mate in the election was Isokariari Tubonimi Johnson.
During the 2023 governorship race in Rivers State, Agwor Samuel Ndubuisi ran but ultimately lost the election.
