Dike Okorafor Carol Baluekam is a female political candidate from the state of Abia, Nigeria. She ran for the senatorial election in 2023 as a member of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). Her running mate was Ichita Obinna Martin. Born circa 1949, she holds a First School Leaving Certificate WASSCE and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
Despite her qualifications, she did not succeed in her bid for the senatorial seat during the 2023 election.
