Adoki Tonye Smart is a Nigerian politician serving as the State Representative for Port-Harcourt II in Rivers State’s House of Assembly.
His political career began with election as a member of the PDP in the 2019 general elections, representing the same constituency through successive terms.
After the 2023 elections, he continued his representation under the same mandate until December 2023.
In that month, he joined APC after defection from the PDP, publicly confirming his new party affiliation.
