Yero Ahmed is a male political candidate affiliated with the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). Born circa 1961, he competed in the 2023 governorship election in Jigawa State, where he ran as the party’s candidate. His running mate was Hassan Mohammed. Ahmed’s highest educational qualification is a diploma from the Kano State High Institute of Management, following primary and secondary education at Lauta Government Secondary School in Jigawa.
His campaign was part of the 2023 governorship contest in Jigawa, though he did not secure victory.
