Umaru Dikko Radda is a Nigerian politician who holds an FSLC, a Grade II Teacher's Certificate, and a PhD. He is the All Progressives Congress (APC) nominee for the 2027 Katsina State governorship election alongside running mate Lawal Faruk. He was born around 1971. He previously contested the 2023 Katsina State governorship election (All Progressives Congress, won).
