Born on May 15, 1979 in Uromi, Edo State, he is identified as a member of the royal family of Uromi and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution. Before politics, he operated as a businessman, particularly in hospitality and other ventures.

His Henod Luxury Hotel in Lagos was established in 2020. He secured the APC ticket for the House of Representatives seat ahead of the 2023 elections, winning the primary election in Ubiaja, Esan South East Local Government Area, with over 21,764 votes.

Inaugurated as a member-elect in February 2023, he serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Petroleum Resources (Midstream), overseeing oversight related to Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. His committee mandates include regulatory oversight under the Petroleum Industry Act and midstream operations such as refining and pipeline management.

During his tenure, he has championed constituency projects in education, healthcare, infrastructure development, solar lighting, water supply, housing, youth empowerment, and employment facilitation across Esan North East and Esan South East.
