David Ogewu is a Nigerian politician serving as a Federal House of Representatives member for the Oju/Obi Federal Constituency on the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket.
He was first elected in 2019 but had his victory nullified by the National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal due to irregularities in vote counting, with Samson Okwu of the PDP declared the winner.
Ogewu appealed but lost at the Appeal Court. In 2023, he ran again on the APC ticket and won this time, defeating Samson Okwu, who had previously held the seat as a PDP member.
