Abdullahi Mohammad Tilio, a male from Yobe State, ran for governorship in the 2023 election as a candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC). His running mate was Ahmadu Abdullahi. Despite participating in the contest, Tilio did not secure the position and thus lost the election.
Born circa 1967 in Yobe State, Tilio holds a First School Leaving Certificate (West African School Certificate) as his highest qualification. His political status in 2023 was confirmed as a candidate who did not achieve victory in the governorship race.
