Titus Zam Tartenger, a Nigerian politician aged 53, is the senator-elect representing Benue North-West Senatorial District.

He was appointed as chairman of the Senate committee on rules and business during the 10th Senate session in August 2023.

Born in 1970 to Zam Numa and Mbahunan Zam in Tse-Atoo, Mbakyuran village, Gwer West Local Government Area, Benue State.

His early education included attending RCM Achagh school from Naka to Taraku Road in the same local government area.

He completed his secondary schooling at Comprehensive Secondary School, Naka, earning a license for university studies.
