Oke Busayo Oluwole
Oke Busayo Oluwole is a Nigerian politician who contested the 2023 House of Representative Elections as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in Osun.
Biography
Oluwole Busayo Oke (born 28 April 1967) is a Nigerian businessman, administrator, economist, and politician who is serving in the 8th and current House of Representatives.
He is the chairman of the committee on Public Account at the Nigerian House of Representatives, representing Obokun/Oriade federal constituency of Osun State under the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Nigeria.
Oke attended The Polytechnic, Ibadan, where he obtained his National Certificate of Education in 1988 in Business Studies.
He then proceeded to the University of Abuja, obtaining a bachelor's degree in Economics in 1999.
He also earned an MBA from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in 2004.
In 2013, he obtained a master's degree from the University of London.
In 1999, Oke was elected to the Nigerian House of Representatives, representing the Oriade/Obokun Federal constituency of Osun State.
He served as a member and Chairman of the House Committee on Defence between 2003 and 2011.
He lost the bid to be reelected in 2011, later contested again in 2015 and won.
His legislative interests include education, taxation, oil and gas, and procurement.
Again in 2023, he was re-elected to the Nigerian House of Representatives.

Will establish internet/computer learning centers in all LGAs, provide computers for secondary schools, and enforce local content policy for telecom equipment.
