Mohammed Mustapha Alfa is a Nigerian politician affiliated with the Social Democratic Party (SDP). Born circa 1981, he competed in the 2023 governorship election in Nassarawa, where he ran as a candidate for the party. His campaign partner was Hon Alex Ogah Ewolo Kana.

Alfa holds qualifications up to the Basic School Leaving Certificate (FSLC), Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE), and Bachelor of Science (BSC). Despite participating in the election, he did not secure the governorship position.
