Jimi Agbaje

Jimi Agbaje, known by his nickname Olujimi Kolawole, is a Nigerian pharmacist and politician with a career spanning multiple terms in Lagos politics.

He ran as a candidate for the governorship of Lagos State three times: in 2007, 2015, and 2019, all under the banner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Despite his professional background in pharmacy and academic affiliation with Obafemi Awolowo University, Agbaje’s political ambitions have driven him to seek higher office.

Each election he participated in resulted in a loss, though his 2015 campaign garnered over 659,788 votes—a testament to his regional support.
