Coffie Emeni Samuel, Born circa 1971, is a male political candidate from AkwaIbom who ran for governorship in the 2023 election. His professional qualification is a BEng in Civil Engineering, as indicated by his FSLC SSC credentials. He was part of the Accord party during his campaign, with Archibong Love Charles Effiom Felix serving as his running mate.
Despite competing in the 2023 governorship election, Coffie Emeni Samuel did not secure victory in the race.
