America Emmanuel is a male political candidate from Delta state who ran for governorship in the 2023 election under the National Rescue Movement (NRM). He was part of the campaign team led by his running mate, Njoagwuani Blessing Tochi. Born circa 1973 in Delta, his highest educational qualification is a Primary School Leaving Certificate and Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
Despite his participation in the 2023 governorship race, America Emmanuel did not secure victory, resulting in a loss in the election.
