Aderinokun Olumide David

Chief David Olumide Aderinokun (born 18 August 1971) is a Nigerian businessman and politician affiliated with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). His running mate in political campaigns is Court Order.

Prior to politics, he was a realtor specializing in joint venture projects. His early education included studies at Albalti Nursery and Primary School, Papa-Ajao, Lagos, followed by Mushin Boys High School Isolo and Apata Memorial High School, Isolo, Lagos, where he obtained his Secondary School Certificate.

He studied at the University of East London, obtaining a B.S.C (Hons) in Business Studies, later returning to Nigeria to pursue a second degree in Public Administration at the University of Abuja, graduating in 2010. In 2020, he received an Honorary Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Nicosia.

Aderinokun entered politics in 2011, initially losing a bid for the Nigerian House of Representatives. He later won the PDP primaries to represent Abeokuta North Federal Constituency in 2018. In 2023, he was the PDP Senatorial candidate for the Ogun Central Senatorial District.

Personally, he is married to media personality Stephanie Coker, married on 12 August 2017 on the Greek Island of Mykonos. They have a daughter born in November 2019 and announced a second daughter in October 2025.

In June 2021, he was installed as the Chief of Owu Kingdom in Abeokuta, serving as the Akinruyiwa, with his wife as the Yeye Akinruyiwa.
