Eno Umo Bassey (Umo Bassey Eno) is a Nigerian clergyman and politician born on 24 April 1964 in Ikot Ekpene Udo, Nsit-Ubium Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. He is described as Governor of Akwa Ibom State and a former Commissioner for Lands and Water Resources, and he is also the founder of All Nations Christian Ministry International.

He attended Local Authority Primary School in Lagos State, then St. Francis Secondary School in Eket and Victory High School in Ikeja. He later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Uyo and a Master's degree in the same field. Before holding senior public office, he worked at Union Bank, Bertola Machine Tools Nigeria Limited, and Norman Holdings Limited, where he became CEO, and later established Royalty Groups.

In 2021, Governor Udom Emmanuel appointed him Commissioner for Lands and Water Resources in Akwa Ibom State, and he later resigned to run for governor. He won the 2023 governorship election on the PDP platform with 354,348 votes. The profile also states that on June 6, 2025, he announced his defection to the All Progressive Congress.
