Bio

Ahmed Khamisu Mailantarki is a Nigerian politician born on 1976-01-01. He represented Gombe/Kwami/Funakaye in the House of Representatives from 2011 to 2015 and was noted in 2011 as the North-East legislator with the highest vote tally. During his tenure, he served as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on FCT Area Council and sat on committees including petroleum upstream, internal security, house services, human rights, climate change and global warming, and solid minerals.

He is also founder of the Mailatantarki Football Care Academy. With First School Leaving Certificate, SSCE, and BSc qualifications, he later contested the 2023 Gombe State governorship election under the NNPP with Tanimu Hamma Abubakar as running mate, but lost.
