How to Get Your Voter's Card (PVC)

Your Permanent Voter's Card (PVC) is your ticket to vote in Nigerian elections. It is issued by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and serves as proof of voter registration. Without it, you cannot vote.

  2. Complete the online form — Fill in your personal details and select an INEC office for your appointment.
  3. Print your application slip — After completing the form you will receive a slip with your appointment details.
  4. Visit the INEC office on your appointment date — Bring your documents for biometric capture (fingerprints and photograph).
  5. Collect your PVC — Once your card is ready, return to the INEC office with your registration slip to pick it up.
